Romanian-Chinese Cooperation: Geminox Signs Major Agreements with BYD and TCL

On September 18, 2025, the China–Romania promotion and trade exchange event was successfully held in Bucharest, bringing together representatives from the governments of both countries, industry associations, and leading companies to discuss new opportunities for bilateral economic cooperation. As a representative Romanian company in precision manufacturing and industrial equipment, Geminox was honored to participate in this event and showcased its strengths in high-tech production, energy-efficient solutions, and customization capabilities, attracting significant interest from the attendees.

The event was attended by Mr. Zeng Huacheng, Ms. Li Na, and Mr. Mihai Andrițoiu, who welcomed the opening of bilateral economic cooperation and actively supported the strengthening of trade relations between Romania and China.

During the discussions and business meetings, Geminox signed cooperation agreements with two renowned Chinese companies – BYD and TCL. Under these agreements, Geminox will supply its partners with high-precision industrial equipment and related technical services, supporting their development in the fields of new energy, smart manufacturing, and advanced production lines. This collaboration represents not only an important step in strengthening Geminox's presence in the Romanian market but also a confirmation of the shared vision regarding technological innovation, green development, and industrial modernization.

The signing of these agreements, in the presence of the honored guests, laid the foundation for deeper cooperation between Geminox and its Chinese partners.
